Happy 9th Anniversary One Bourbon!
Nine years ago (April 4th, 2017), we unlocked the doors, took a deep breath, had a minor panic attack and hoped people would actually show up.
You did. And then you kept showing up.
To our staff: you are the magic. The long shifts, the inside jokes, the hustle, the “we’ve got this” energy even when we absolutely did not got this—you’ve made this place what it is. You’ve turned chaos into cocktails, strangers into regulars, and a job into something way more meaningful. We are endlessly grateful for you.
To our guests: you’re the reason we get to do any of this at all. You’ve trusted us with your date nights, celebrations, random Tuesdays, and “just one more drink” moments. You’ve cheered us on, spread the word, and made this place feel alive in a way we never could have done alone.
Nine years later, we’re still here (way more tired, definitely wiser, still having a lot of fun), and it’s all because of this incredible community.
So thank you—for the laughs, the support, the memories, and for being part of our story.
Let’s keep it going.
(Fun fact - did you know I ended up in the emergency room on opening day? Flu + panic attack. True story.)
